PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION FORMS
Please follow the following printing instructions for the Registration Forms below:

  1. Print page 1 (Midweek) as normal
  2. Carefully remove printed form (Page 1) then turn page over & 90 degrees then re-insert.
  3. Print page 2 (Midweek) as normal
  4. Print page 3 (Saturday) as normal
  5. Follow Step 2 above
  6. Print page 4 (Saturday) as normal
